The Challenge
Foxtel’s territory (Australia) presented issues in managing capacity across a workforce that was widely distributed; they were keen to use OFSC’s functionality to best effect.
A directed intervention in response to a particular business challenge experienced in Foxtel’s use of OFSC; we answered a specific question but considered wider scheduling issues.
Our knowledge and experience with OFSC meant we could move rapidly into providing analysis and recommendations to Foxtel and discuss the relevant topics in detail.
Using our deliverables, Foxtel were able to own the implementation of the recommendations, but with added assurance that their actions would have the desired results.

We conducted a remote, mini review of Foxtel’s operational priorities and processes, and compared this to their OFSC configuration to identify opportunities for improvement.
Foxtel was able to implement the changes in OFSC itself and become more self-sufficient in capacity planning, supported by our OFSC experience.
Our report showed how different approaches to managing capacity within OFSC could affect Foxtel’s business outcomes, with detailed advice on how to deploy this in OFSC.
